Omar Malik:
Omar Malik is co-founder of Carbon Services. His is
responsible for new business development, international
partnerships, and the company's expansion to new markets. Since
the company's inception, Omar has overseen the development of
over 30 CDM projects and carbon transactions, in excess of 20
million tons of CO2. He is actively involved in
commercialization of CER and VER transactions,
Omar has an MBA from INSEAD in France, and a BSc in Finance from
Georgetown University in Washington DC.

Felix von
Schubert
Felix is a Partner and Co Founder at Zouk Ventures. He has
over fourteen years of private equity and investment banking
experience. Felix has been responsible for the sourcing and
management of a number of zouk’s portfolio companies. He has
substantial investment and management experience which he uses
to develop expansion strategies and exit options for zouk's
portfolio companies. Prior to founding zouk, Felix spent several
years within J.P. Morgan’s technology M&A and private equity
teams.
Felix’s board seats include The Carbon Neutral Company, Nanotron
Technologies, and Zooplus, where he is Chairman of the
Supervisory Board.

Peter B
Záboji
Peter has over thirty years of operational and management
experience. He is a Venture Partner and Advisory Board Member
at Zouk Ventures, Chairman of Bitronic, and President of
Winning Angel Think Tank.
Peter was lead investor in the acquisition of European Mobile
Telephone Services Germany. In 2000, he was brought in by KKR
as CEO of Bosch’s communication business, renamed Tenovis. In
1999 he founded the European Telco Exchange. In the early
1990s he was Managing Director of GPT Communications in the
UK, and later became Managing Director of o.tel.o, a German
telecommunications operator. Prior to that Peter had a long
and distinguished career with Siemens in the US and Germany.
Peter teaches entrepreneurship at INSEAD where he is
Entrepreneur-in-Residence. He is also founder of the European
Entrepreneurship Foundation (2006) and author of the book
“CHANGE! Shape today your company of tomorrow” (Moderne
Industrie 2002).
