Omar Malik:
Prior to co-founding Carbon Services, Omar was CEO at Trisoft Technology, where he was responsible for the establishment and operations of Trisoft's software development facilities in Pakistan, and sales offices in the US. He was responsible for Trisoft's move into the product space, which included products for the semiconductor test industry, and for eGovernment organizations in Asia. His role included building client relationships with key accounts, including the largest semiconductor company in the world, strategic fabless and foundry clients, and test house partners. He was also instrumental in building a European and Asian sales channel to market Trisoft's products across the world.
Omar has been involved in several international donor financed projects in Pakistan, including administrative and policy reform initiatives undertaken with the assistance of the European Commission, ADB, and the World Bank. He has conceived, designed, and implemented initiatives in the areas of eGovernance, Administrative Reform, Private Sector Export Development, Infrastructure, and Information Technology.
Omar has an MBA from INSEAD in France, and a BSc in Finance from Georgetown University in Washington DC. |

| Saeed Khan:
Prior to joining Carbon Services, Saeed spent 7 years in Infrastructure Finance at leading private equity companies in Europe. He project managed international infrastructure fin ancing, market entry and rollout in 12 countries, and 5 different industry verticals.
He has worked extensively in raising both debt and equity capital for the infrastructure sector, with a key focus on renewable energy projects, especially those that have the potential to generate Certified Emission Reduction credits under Kyoto Clean Development Mechanism.
His experience encompasses leading roles as project developer, investment banker, strategy consultant, and financial advisor to both public and private sector clients, and has transaction experience in the electric power, natural gas, water and wastewater infrastructure segments.
